Our client, an established, growing CPA firm located near Salisbury, MA is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Manager for a part-time opportunity. The firm offers traditional assurance and tax services for individuals and corporations, trust/estate compliance, non-profit assurance and tax compliance, M&A, and other business and tax consulting services to its clients. Responsible for performing individual, trust/estate tax engagements while supervising and reviewing the work of others on the team. Managing engagements; planning, preparing and delivering quality work product while meeting client and tax deadlines. Researching, compiling, reporting and delivering tax guidance. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA, CPA candidate or EA is required. Master’s in Taxation, CS Professional Suite, UltraTax CS is a plus. A minimum of three years’ experience in individual and trust tax compliance, including strategic tax planning and analysis is required. This position processes all orders and collects payment from customers, and provides assistance in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests. This position also performs general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas, counts the bank at end of shifts, and follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintains confidentiality of proprietary information, and protects company assets. Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation. Speaks with others using clear and professional language. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, and supports team to reach common goals. POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide safe, reliable and cost efficient MHE by performing quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs as well as performing expert diagnosis and repair as required to prevent breakdowns, reduce MHE down time and improve total fleet reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance MHE (Lift Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Order Pickers, Mini-Loader) to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of MHE, Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all MHE, perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all MHE.
• Perform maintenance repairs on all MHE such as inspections, scheduled repairs, and malfunctions in a safe, efficient, and quality manner to include, but not limited to: Addressing all VIR write ups in a timely manner, Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to MHE components.
• Document all work performed on Work Order (SAP) using Complaint, Cause, and Correction Format
• Learn & develop efficiency in all Maintenance Relates Sysco Computer programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and / or Experience:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical/Maintenance Technical Training 2 year school
• Either 1 Year Experience with 2 Year Technical Degree or 3 years’ experience in MHE Maintenance and Repair

Professional Skills:

• Basic Knowledge and skill of all MHE Systems and Components
• Basic knowledge and skill in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems on all equipment
• Basic knowledge and skill in welding and cutting (gas, electric, MIG, TIG)
• Physical demands to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and crawl
• Vision abilities to include Close & Distance vision, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

• Crown Certified Training Certification
• Raymond Certified Training Certification
