As a Rental Sales Associate, you will contribute to the success of our company by assisting customers with their vehicle rentals to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, as a Rental Sales Associate you will also be responsible for promoting and selling our additional products and services to customers utilizing proven sales techniques. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, motivated, has a passion for sales and customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Rental Sales Associate, we will provide you with the necessary training to reach your full potential. This training will facilitate your ability to meet sales goals and maximize earning potential. Additionally, we will provide several educational opportunities to develop skills that will prepare you for advancement.
Requirements of the Rental Sales Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least six months of experience in a role where sales and/or customer service is preferred
Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment
Sales driven, self-motivated, personable and dependable
Basic computer skills to enter information into our database
Valid driver’s license

Loss Prevention Officer
Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e. g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). To assist Fleet Technicians in providing safe, reliable and cost efficient vehicles by learning to perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs as well as learning to perform diagnosis and repair as required to prevent breakdowns on road, reduce vehicle down time and improve total fleet reliability.
Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment (Tractors, Trailers, Convertor Dollies, Lift Gates, Light Duty Vehicles) to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet to include, but not limited to FAI/CVI (Annual) Inspections, Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any other company owned equipment, perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any company owned equipment.
Perform maintenance repairs on all vehicles such as inspections, scheduled repairs, malfunctions and road-call repairs in a safe, efficient, and quality manner, addressing all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely, efficiently and correctly the first time, diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
Document all work performed on Work Order (SAP) using Complaint, Cause, and Correction Format
Learn & develop efficiency in all Maintenance Relates Sysco Computer programs
Education and / or Experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent
Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training 2 year school
Annual Inspector Certification Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Brake Inspector Certification Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of Computer based diagnostic software for OEM & component mfg
Either 1 Year Experience with 2 Year Technical Degree or 3 years experience in Fleet Maintenance and Repair
Basic Knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and Components
Basic knowledge and skill in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems on all equipment
Basic knowledge and skill in welding and cutting (gas, electric, MIG, TIG)
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
ASE Certification Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty
Current and Valid Drivers License, CDL-A Preferred

Our client, located near Farmingdale, Maine is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to work closely with the Controller and oversee its accounting department.
Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Job Costing; developing various financial, month and year end close reports, and maintaining documentation on the company’s accounting policies, systems and procedures.
Must possess outstanding technical accounting, analytical, problem solving, organization, multi-tasking, communication and supervisory skills. Solid understanding of GAAP is required. Experience in the construction industry is a strong plus.
Advanced skills in MS Office and accounting software is required. Familiarity with Sage Timberline software is a strong plus. Must be able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five years of cost or project accounting experience in a large company is required.
