Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - DFW Texas Staffing - 9/26/2019
Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): 1. At least 2+ years of experience in primary care, preferably in a family practice setting that treats patients of all ages (Internal Medicine, Urgent Care certified NP/PAs will also be considered). 2. NP/PA needs to be able to work independently and have experience working in a busy atmosphere (Patient load of 25-30) 3. Graduate of an accredited program for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners (specifically FNP) 4. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in state of [NJ] 5. Eligible for a DEA and NPI # & Experience with EH records What you need to know: • Singular Focus of Company: To improve the Health of Medicaid Members • Advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses (Experience in an urgent care environment a plus). • Make decisions regarding data gathering and appropriate management and treatment for the initial evaluation of a problem or the follow-up of a previously diagnosed condition. • Provides patient care management within advance practice parameters; manage acute care and chronic care activities. • Assist team members with inbound clinical triage. • Of utmost importance, this role is for an individual comfortable in a startup environment where an “all hands on deck” mentality is key in fostering a positive team feel in a time of great growth.

Healthcare Data Analyst - DFW Texas Staffing - 9/26/2019
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. 1-2 years of experience working as a Healthcare Data Analyst. 3. Gainsight experience is required (A major part of this role will be working as a Gainsight Administrator). 4. Analytical experience with a health plan, hospital, medical research organization or in another healthcare related capacity a plus. 5. Experience with Data & Analytics software (i.e. SQL, Tableau) What you need to know: • The Healthcare Data Analyst (HDA) works to support customer analytical needs and analytical initiatives that will lead to meaningful business decisions. This includes data validation, trend performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • The HDA works cross functionally within the organization collaborating with customer facing teams, healthcare data analysts, IT professionals, and other health care experts. • The HDA will also be responsible for developing solutions on the current customer relationship platform Gainsight to effectively track customer health, support the customer success team in managing their customer relationships and create analytics for Customer Success management. • Newton, MA office location preferred, but will consider candidates in alt. locations (Conshohocken, PA office , or Nashville, TN HQ office).
 
Cerner Scheduling Manager - DFW Texas Staffing - 9/26/2019
Required skills & experience (the 4 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Must have technical knowledge of Cerner Scheduling module - Familiarity with EMR scheduling systems and how they integrate. 2. Must have experience managing teams of up to 10 people 3. Six (6) years of industry training and increasingly responsible experience in managing large, complex corporate information systems and activities 4. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field What you need to know - Full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX - There may be relocation available a little later but for now very strong consideration will be shown to local candidates
