Major Responsibilities: Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. Job Description * Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. * Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. * Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. * Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. * Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash. * Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. * Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room. * Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. * Perform any other job related duties as assigned. Experience, Skills and Knowledge * Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces. * Must be willing to pitch-in and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. * Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. * Must have the ability to communicate in English. Guest Service Representative Responsibilities include: Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate and file room keys. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency. Identify and explain room features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Run and review daily reports/logs. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to appropriate department. Count bank at beginning and end of shift; secure bank. Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; provide change. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.

Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests'' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Responsibilities include: Open golf shop for daily operation. Check golfer receipts and start play. Maintain lines of communication with golf shop to ensure efficiency of course operations. Speak using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Assist management in scheduling employees, and serve as a departmental role model. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Grasp, turn, manipulate, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Reach overhead and below the knees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
