The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, located at 15000 N Secret Springs Dr, Marana, AZ, 85658 currently has the following opportunity:

Hotel Engineer II (18001OCI): Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests'' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Service Express Lobby Agent (Bellman) Responsibilities include: The Westin Seattle is looking for a Service Express Agent who enjoys conversing with guests by using professional etiquette and helping them get back to their best self throughout their stay. The Service Express Agent must have excellent name recognition skills and use guests’ names at least three times during a conversation. In addition, the Service Express Agent will deliver guest amenities, recite guests’ order upon presentation, assist with luggage during check in, check out, and storage, follow all accounting procedures including declaration of tips and proper payment methods from guests, and by having knowledge of Seattle and its attractions. CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers are eligible for up to a $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Base pay $23.54/hr - $27.05 top-scale with opportunity for overtime pay. Opportunity to earn up to $1,700 - $2,800 per week with inclentive plan. Benefits include 100% company paid medical, dental and vision, company paid pension plan and paid time off including 6 floating holidays and 8 sick days per year.
