Grounds Supervisor (170021XV): Conduct inventory of tools, equipment, or materials. Place orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies. Mix, prepare, and apply fertilizer and chemical solutions in order to control pests, weeds, or plant disease. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Maintain grounds features, flower beds/baskets, trees, shrubs, and lawns. Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down a ladder. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Removal of snow and maintenance of ice management (if applicable). Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare special meals or substitute items. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests'' service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Wailea Beach Resort – Marriott, Maui located at 3700 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, HI, 96753 currently has the following opportunity:

Valet Parking Cashier (170022F3): Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses, to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensure staff is informed. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Provide change to guests. Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles with vehicle claim tickets, resolve discrepancies, and submit list for charges to be posted by Night Auditor. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
