The Westin Seattle located at 1900 5th Ave, Seattle, Washington, 98101 is currently hiring a Stewarding Attendant - Casual/On-Call
Responsibilities include: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing. Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware. Breakdown dirty bus tubs. Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area. Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments. Dispose of glass in the proper containers. Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Inpatient Care Coordinator - DFW Texs Staffing - 9/30/2019
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Must possess an active license as one of the following: -Registered Nurse -Occupational Therapist -Physical Therapist 2. 3-5 years of relevant clinical healthcare experience working in a skilled nursing, long term care, post acute or rehabilitation facility. 3. 1 year MINIMUM of recent case management experience within a skilled nursing facility. (Utilization Review/Management, MDS coordinator, and Clinical Liaison experience is also strongly preferred). 4. Experience coordinating with providers, nursing and therapy staff to adjust and monitor patient care plans (Interdisciplinary Teams). 5. Solid understanding of compliance with Medicare guidelines and procedures specifically for care within skill nursing facilities. What you need to know: • The Inpatient Care Coordinator must live within a 30-minute commute of Bronx, NY • The Inpatient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating transitions and identifying appropriate care plan in order to improve patient recovery. • Coordinators will manage an average caseload of 25-30 patients • 80% of the day spent in the field providing onsite support to patients across several skilled nursing facilities • 20% of day spent in home office-documentation, e-mails, prep (start this at end of the day) • Will have six weeks of training; the first two weeks will be classroom training in TN (travel expenses will be covered)
Complex Case Manager Social Worker - DFW Texs Staffing - 9/30/2019
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Masters in Social Work (MSW) required from a graduate school approved by the Council on Social Work Education 2. LMSW/LSW Required 3. At least 2 years of medical social work experience 4 Familiar with medical case management and healthcare 5. Strong working knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines What you need to know: • Provide onsite and telephonic care management services to individuals identified as “high risk members” • Will travel between the office, member''s homes and acute and subacute facilities • Will participate in twice weekly meetings with Medical Director to review member’s progress, update plan of care as needed • Work Monday through Friday- no nights, weekends or holidays • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits • Unlimited PTO and fully stocked kitchens
Clinical Director - DFW Texs Staffing - 9/30/2019
Required skills & experience: 1. Must be licensed PhD or PsyD specialization in Behavioral Health or Psychology a MUST for insurance purposes. 2. Candidates with National Provider Identifier (NPI) and CAQH process are preferred, however, these steps may be completed later. 3. 3+ years’ experience and knowledge providing treatment to adolescent and young adult clients. 4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing outpatient and/or inpatient programs and clinical care teams. 5. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing clinical direction and supervision. 6. Experience either launching, designing, or implementing medical programs. 7. Working knowledge of current medical, educational and psychosocial intervention models. What you need to know: 1.
