On-Site Service Engineer (Top Secret Clearance) Overview We are a fast growing company that specializes in advanced visualization information technologies and visualization solutions. We are the market leader in visualization system deployment. The primary function of this position is on-going maintenance and repair of high-tech projection equipment including interfaces and control systems. Responsibilities Act as Audio Visual Subject Matter Expert (SME) Assist in creation, execution and updating 3-5-year life cycle management plan for all AV assets within client portfolio. This includes (but not limited to) managing firmware updates & configuration monitoring/changing to maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations (i.e. Defense Information Systems Agency -> Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)) Maintain and repair equipment including interfaces, control system equipment and projectors in the display rooms. Respond to on site failures rapidly to ensure equipment is kept running. Provide regular preventative maintenance on display systems to keep them at factory specifications. Provide training and advice to end users when required. Provide paperwork and database information to Administration Group. Provide database updates to Service Administration Qualifications Current Top-Secret Clearance based on Single Scope Background Investigation Current or ability to achieve DoD 8570 IAT II (i.e. Security +) Certification VTC and Collaboration expertise Projector troubleshooting Fiber and copper cable troubleshooting Experience with Crestron/AMX troubleshooting/code creation (Preferred Not Required) Experience with ISDN based VTC troubleshooting experience to include Crypto Devices (Preferred Not Required) We offer an exciting work environment, competitive salary, and generous benefits package, including performance incentives and profit sharing. Responsibilities include: Perform daily course set-up functions (e.g., changing cups). Maintain turf, including performing cultural practices (e.g., topdress). Maintain bunker areas. Haul materials and remove debris using dump trucks and other machinery. Mow grass using a riding or walk-behind mower. Trim and edge grass in areas that mowers cannot reach. Operate chainsaw to cut trees and/or tree limbs. Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies. Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Serve as a role model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
