Our success has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty to our customers - certainty of a job well done. We are looking for an ELITE STUCCO REPAIR & CARPENTER to join our team full-time. We are looking for a top quality professional to complete Residential and Commercial work. The majority of the work will be in conjunction with our painting crews, however some painting work may be required with the stucco and carpentry projects. The majority of our work is in Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, Escambia and Bay Counties, however some travel work will be required. Qualifications: Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a full background check Must have strong references to show experience and skill set OSHA and EPA certifications a+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Must be clean in appearance and work well with a team Typical Responsibilities: Stucco Patches, Repairs and New Stucco Work (all types of finish) Small exterior siding replacements and repair projects Exterior Wood rot repair and replacement Interior Carpentry and Drywall Repair and Installation (trim molding, frames, drywall, etc) Caulking/Sealant removal and replacement Painting over repairs and other small painting projects as needed Supervise other crew members as the position grows Compensation Competitive salary + bonus opportunities 401K Company Vehicle, Phone and Laptop Flexible Vacation time Advancement Opportunities Please apply today! Sanitation Associate General Summary: Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse areas, building exterior, dock area, waste/dump disposal area, office restrooms, break room, sales area, and the shipping office as well as general warehouse cleaning and painting as required; must be able to work in refrigerated areas. Also maintains all sanitation logs and maintenance work order records. This position often requires working non-traditional hours (evening, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet customers’ needs. Essential Skills and Knowledge • Able to understand manufacturer instructions on the use of chemical cleaners and sanitizers. • Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations. • Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Essential Duties: • Sweep and pickup all trash in designated areas. • Maintain and empty all trashcans in & warehouse & outdoor areas, office restrooms, the break room, and the shipping office. • Stock sanitation supplies in break area & restrooms. • Responsible for keeping track of inventory of sanitation supplies and notifying operations manager if stock is low. • Keep chemicals, etc. in the appropriate storage areas and according to MSDS/know where MSDS book is located. • Mop the break room, and shipping area as well as maintain cleanliness in warehouse and dock areas. • Clean spider webs, moisture, and general warehouse cleanliness in cooler and dock areas. • Clean floors, windows, cooler curtains and surfaces as needed throughout warehouse, office & dock areas. • Ensure that the designated areas are swept, dusted, kept clean, and are free of debris. • Responsible for sanitation condition of all warehouse coolers. • Maintains all sanitation logs and maintenance work order records. • Perform all duties to clean administrative offices to include but not limited to emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms. • Comply with and ensure adherence to departmental Preferred Work Methods (PWMs). • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment. • Holiday, Weekend and Overtime work required. • Good attendance and adherence to work schedule. • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices, Company Policies, Code of Conduct and Safety procedures. • Other duties as assigned by management. Basic Requirements: • High School diploma or G.E.D. • Some warehouse/facilities preferred. • Six (6) month’s janitorial experience. Preferred Requirements: • One (1) year janitorial experience in a warehouse environment. Physical Requirements: The Physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn body, and walk. • Must come prepared and dressed to work in and out of cooler areas as low as 34 Fahrenheit. • Lift and move bags of trash ranging in weight from 1 lb. to 25 lbs. Use hands to sweep and pick up debris. • Must be able to use household paint products according to MSDS. • Must have the ability to talk and hear; must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery, vehicles, and equipment. • Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. • Must exhibit a required level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform requirements of the position. • This position is not authorized to do any climbing, as classified under fall protection. • Must be able to obtain a floor scrubber license. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, an associate regularly works in climate controlled areas, such as coolers, freezers, restrooms, the break room, the dock area, and the shipping & main offices. The work environment may include some congested traffic areas and slippery floors.
