WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Sets up stations with all necessary supplies. • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. • Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. • Always follows supervisors’ direction. • Follows proper cooking techniques for all dishes. • Ensures food quality and timeliness. • Practices correct food handling and food storage procedures according to company and state regulations. • Complies with all nutrition, sanitation and safety regulations and standards. • Maintains a positive and respectful approach with everyone. • Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair to management. Responsibilities include: Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
