Room Attendant - Housekeeper $300 Sign On Bonus Responsibilities include: Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items. Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway). Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance. Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities include: Performs HR Coordinator functions in support of achieving the Human Resources regional office department objectives and is also responsible for office receptionist duties at the Caribbean & Latin America Regional office. Examples of Typical Responsibilities: • Responsible for assisting the Chief HR Officer and Vice President, Human Resources with booking and coordinating travel arrangements; expense reports; managing calendar appointments and scheduling meetings. • Assists with planning and organizing in-house or off-site activities, associate relations events and meetings. • Participate, as needed, in special office projects • Create and maintain HR filing systems. • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9''s, reference checks, Drug Free Workplace Policy (DFWP), applicant self-identification forms, department orientation check list). Create new employee personnel files. • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information. • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. • Processes data through an automated administrative system, such as expense reports, accounts payable, payroll and personnel data. • Create and type office and departmental correspondence • Performs data entry into a mainframe application and develops databases or spreadsheets as necessary. • Researches questions and problems regarding departmental or administrative policies, procedures, information or services, including questions, which are complex in nature. Gathers data from multiple sources and analyzes information as appropriate • Orders department and office supplies • Answers Regional Office telephone line(s) using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, answering with a smile in ones’ voice; provides callers with responses to all types of requests, both routine and those requiring research and follow-up; directs calls to the appropriate person or takes messages. Develops alternative methods to handle requests and address ambiguous issues. Routinely responds back directly to the caller after performing research or follow-up. • Welcomes and acknowledges all guests and visitors with friendly verbal greeting, smile and eye contact and assists and/or directs them with appropriate information. Provides guests/visitors with visitor keys and badges. • Assists with building access and parking keys. • Maintains upkeep of receptionist area and common areas • Receiving and sorting deliveries, couriers, packages, etc. • Other duties as deemed necessary
