The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, located at 0130 Daybreak Ridge, PO Box 9190, Avon, CO, 81620 currently has the following opportunity:

Staff Accountant (17001CAG): Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Respond to and/or resolve questions, issues, or disputes from Marriott's Shared Service Center/guest. Process customer tax exemptions following government regulations. Review, reconcile, and process credit card vouchers and advance deposits. Monitor and audit gift certificate and incentive award redemption activity. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Our client, a well-established, professional full service accounting and consulting firm located near Laconia, NH is seeking an Audit Senior or Audit Manager. The firm specializes in government, federal funds, non-profit and for-profit audits, forensic and fraud investigations and internal control environments; providing audit, tax and forensic services. Responsible for planning and conducting annual audit, review and compilation engagements with various small to mid-size companies, cities, towns, utilities, etc. while developing strong working relationships. Responsible for preparing financial statements, performing technical and electronic audit data processing work and identifying and resolving client issues discovered during the audit process. Bachelor’s degree and CPA license with a minimum of three years government and/or utility audit experience in a CPA firm is required.
