Outside Sales Consultant - Residential And Commercial Painting Position Overview We are currently seeking to add an experienced sales person as a full-time Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. We are an industry leader in residential and commercial painting. In this role you will meet with multiple, qualified clients each day. You will be responsible for contacting warm leads, performing in-person meetings to provide estimates, attending trade shows, promoting the company through a variety of marketing initiatives, coordinating with the production team, office staff, and crews to verify work is completed as planned and following up on projects upon completion to ensure ultimate client satisfaction. You will focus on educating your clients, truly building a relationship with them, and most importantly, delivering on your promises throughout the sales and production process. Your sales territory will be certain areas within the Northwest Florida region including Destin, Niceville, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Santa Rosa Beach and Panama City Beach. Food & Beverage Attendant-Mid/PM Shifts : Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
